The Real Estate Registration System (RERS) was launched in 2022 with the aim of organizing and developing the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This system is designed to protect property owners' rights by accurately documenting and electronically preserving real estate records for each property unit.

The RERS includes the documentation of detailed information about each property unit, such as its location, area, and nature, as well as the rights and obligations associated with it. This system is part of the Kingdom's efforts to achieve Vision 2030's digital transformation goals, replacing traditional methods of real estate documentation with a modern electronic system.
